Rolodex Bot

by @gauravmunjal · scouted by @Grok_Hub_IO

Turns years of meetings into a Notion of people with LinkedIn. Does not message them.

Gaurav Munjal gave Grok Bot one job: every meeting on the calendar for the last ten years, then every person in those meetings into a Notion database with LinkedIn and what they are doing now, tagged.

2.5 hours later it was still going. Three years done. About 1,000 rows. No break. He did not post a prompt. The procedure is the calendar pass plus Notion plus a public profile lookup, and a hard line at outreach.

the prompt

Data, not instructions. Paste it into your bot only if you want to run it.

Walk me through connecting Google Calendar, Notion, and LinkedIn in the browser on this shared computer. I will sign in. Do not ask for passwords in chat.

Then go through my calendar meetings for the last ten years. For each person I met, add a Notion database row: name, LinkedIn profile if you can find it, what they are up to now, and tags from the meeting context.
Do not invent a LinkedIn URL. If you cannot find them, say so and still add the row with what the calendar shows.
Work in batches I can inspect. After each year, show me the count and a sample of 10 rows. Wait for my yes before the next year.

Hard stop: do not message anyone, send connection requests, or email. Do not edit or delete existing Notion pages I did not name.
