Privacy at GrokHub
We collect only the information needed to run the directory, communicate when you ask us to, and operate sponsor placements.
Information we receive
Submission and revision forms may include your name or handle, email address, listing text, links, images, attribution, and source information. Newsletter signup provides your email address. Sponsor purchases are processed by Stripe; we receive the customer and subscription details needed to activate and manage a placement. Reports may include contact details and a description of the issue.
How we use it
We use submission data to review and publish listings, contact details to respond when necessary, newsletter data to send the updates you confirm, sponsor details to manage paid placements, and reports to investigate abuse, takedown, privacy, or correction requests. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
GrokHub uses Supabase for directory data, Resend for email, Stripe for payments, and Vercel to host the site. We retain information only as long as needed for the directory, account administration, legal obligations, or resolving a request. Published listing information remains public until it is removed or changed.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or removal of content that concerns you. Use the report form and choose “privacy / data deletion,” or email hello@grokhub.io. Newsletter emails include the applicable unsubscribe controls.
