(3) Collect — when a lead agrees, send the Stripe payment link, then follow up at 24h and 72h if unpaid. Routines: triage every 30 min during work hours, a 5pm pipeline digest, and a Monday review of what closed and what stalled. Ask before any refund, discount, or contract.
