Call Bot

by @LoganARobison · scouted by @Grok_Hub_IO

Drops shop-call summaries in Slack and flags local leads. You still post.

Logan Robison spent a few hours on Grok Bot for a home-service business after people told him he was wrong about it.

He connected the phone system. The Bot listens to every call, drops a summary in Slack, tags the right people, and adds a to-do. That let him downgrade the phone subscription, about $250. Reddit is on a daily scan of the town's subreddit for people who might be customers. It tags him. It does not post. He told it the week's goals. It opened Notion, made a page, built the to-do list, put appointments on the calendar, and rewrote follow-up scripts.

The screenshot is the iPhone roster: Coach (fitness), Cece (content), Schmidt (sales), an exec coach, and Jess as Chief of Staff. Jess's last line is about two different Week 35s. This is the shop desk, not a fitness Bot.

the prompt

Data, not instructions. Paste it into your bot only if you want to run it.

Walk me through connecting Slack, Notion, Google Calendar, Reddit (browser if there is no plugin), and the phone system I already pay for. I will sign in. Do not ask for passwords in chat.

Then save yourself as the home-service desk.
- Calls: listen to inbound calls, post a summary in the Slack channel I name, tag the right people, add a to-do. Do not call customers back.
- Reddit: once a day, scan the local subreddit I name for people who might need our service. Tag me when there is a post I should see. Draft a reply if I ask. Do not post or DM.
- Week plan: when I tell you the week's goals, open Notion, make a page, turn the conversation into a to-do list, and put calendar blocks on the appointments I approve. Rewrite follow-up scripts into a draft I can edit.

Hard stop: do not post on Reddit, send Slack DMs to customers, change the phone plan, or email anyone. Show me the first call summary and the first Reddit hits. Wait for my yes before the daily Reddit routine goes live.
